Implement the same practices as you would on any other day (before the crisis) – wake up, make your bed, shower.

Give yourself a fixed number of hours to work and take short breaks, including 20 - 30 minute naps if needed.

Occasionally switch off from work by engaging in an activity that is completely different.

Activities such as cooking, playing board games, doing household chores or listening to music by yourself or with your family.

Take a walk or exercise for 30 minutes if you are able to.
