• Unscrew the tube cap and place the extraction buffer tube in the holder.
• Remove Facemask
• Carefully insert the Nasal swab into one nostril. Push the swab up to 2.5cm (1inch ) from the edge of the nostril 
• Rotate the swab 5 times and then repeat this process in the other nostril with the same swab
• Insert the swab into the buffer tube and swirl it for at least 30 seconds
• Rotate at least 5 times while squeezing the tube
• Remove the swab while squeezing the sides of the tube to extract the liquid from the swab, then discard it
• Screw the cap firmly
• Mix thoroughly by swirling or flicking the bottom tube
• Take out the test cassete and place it on a clean flat surface 
• Add 4 drops of the processed specimen to the sample well of the test cassette
• Read the result at 15-30 minutes, Do not read the result after 30 minutes.
• Consult a healthcare Professional as soon as possible

Result Interpretation: 

•  One line at the control (C) indicates a Negative Result
• Two lines indicate a positive result
• One line at the Test(T) indicates an invalid result.

Consult a healthcare professional once the test result shows positive.
