Important Notes to Consider

1. People who refer their friends and families to use OneHealth are rewarded with a 10% flat fee on the total amount of items ordered by their referral in their first purchase.
2. Referral earnings is valid for 60 days after which subscribers are sent a reminder to use their referral earnings to shop on OneHealth before it expires.
3. Referral earnings are issued only after people who were referred make an order on the OneHealth platform by purchasing medications.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - OneHealth Refer & Earn Programme

The following Terms and conditions of the OneHealth Refer & Earn Programme (“the Programme”) constitute the agreement between OneHealthng.com and both our existing customers (“Referrers”) and the friends they refer (“Referred Friends”) in the context of the Programme.

Eligibility: As part of the programme, to refer friends, the referrer must be a registered customer on OneHealthng.com. Referred Friend must be a new customer to OneHealthng.com and should not have already signed up with us under any email address.

Refer & Earn - Rewards Outline: Active customers of OneHealth refer their friends to OneHealth who will get 10% OFF on Medicines, lab test/doctor consultations,they also get 10% off their first order when they sign up with the referral details, while the Referrer earns 10% flat fee for each referral

How to Refer:

Step 1: Log in to your OneHealth account, visit your accounts section and click on referrals. Verify your phone number on the page after which your referral link and referral code will be displayed. Click on “REFER NOW” or copy your referral code so that an email/SMS invitation including your 10% off FIRST ORDER will be sent to your referred friends on your behalf

Step 2: Share your referral code on display to your friend by clicking on the referral link ‘Tap to share Code with your friends’.

Step 3: After you click the link, select the option you want to share such as WhatsApp/SMS or others to send your referral code along with the OneHealth Referral link. Now a message will be sent to your friend on your behalf, including your Referral code as well as the OneHealth Referral link.

Referred Friends – Reward: Terms and Conditions

1. People who refer their friends and families to use OneHealth are rewarded with a 10% flat fee on the total amount of items ordered by their referral in their first purchase
2. Referral earnings is valid for 60 days after which subscribers are sent a reminder to use their referral earnings to shop on OneHealth before it expires
3. Referral earnings are issued only after people who were referred make an order on the OneHealth platform by purchasing medications, doctor consultation, or lab tests.

Note: The Referral codes expire after 60 days ,the referral code is good as long as the account associated with it is still active on onehealthng.com

Your referral earnings is automatically credited to your Onehealth wallet once it is issued

You can only receive your referral earnings once your friend places and pays for their orders. Then your OneHealth wallet will be credited with 10% on orders placed by your friend

The Referral code discount cannot be combined with any other offers or coupon discounts. The referral code is valid on orders placed via onehealthng.com .

Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.

Upon termination of the referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Rewards that have not yet been delivered to Referrer are forfeited.

The 10% OneHealth Token is eligible for the orders paid through any of the following payment modes:

1. credit/debit card
2. Internet banking

Other Terms and Conditions

OneHealthng reserves the right to disqualify or invalidate any individual’s referral reward, which has been obtained through fraud or abuse of this ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme or otherwise in violation of these terms.

OneHealthng also reserves the right to cancel the ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme, change the Referrer/Referred Friend reward or alter the eligibility criteria at any time and, for any reason, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The Referrer and the Referred Friend/customer will be deemed to have accepted such changes after they are posted.

The OneHealthng ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme is solely intended for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

The Referrer cannot refer any of existing OneHealthng’s customers OR the customers who have already signed up with us.

Please note: As a maximum of 25 Referral rewards are only allowed per registered customer, 26th referral or subsequent referrals will not get you any reward from OneHealth in any respect.

By entering into the Programme, the ‘Referrer’ shall be deemed to have permitted OneHealthng to send a message to the friend on his/her behalf, including the Referral code link.

Onehealth Nigeria reserves the right to revise the reward of ‘Referrer’ and/or ‘Referred Friend’ under this Offer at any point of time with or without prior notice to the customers.

A. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to:

Be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the decisions of OneHealth Nigeria and its designees, and the Privacy Policy of OneHealth Nigeria;

Defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless OneHealth Nigeria, its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to Referrers’ participation in the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the Program or any Reward); and

B. OneHealth Nigeria shall not be liable for:

Late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, unreliable, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission;

Telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; Data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials;

Any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any websites or materials associated with the referral program; or Claims, demands, and damages in disputes among Referrers or between Referrers and Friends; or Any other injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a reward, or from participation in the Program, that were not reasonably foreseeable to OneHealth Nigeria at the relevant time.

By entering into the Programme, both ‘Referrer’ and ‘Referred Friend’ shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Programme.

The OneHealth Nigeria shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
