This is an unusual post for OneHealth, but I think it’s a great time to reflect on the impact we could have on our kids during this extended time together.
Like many around the world, our children will be asking several, whys, hows, and they may also be scared.
Amongst the many things we can say or do, I found these ones to be useful for their mental and spiritual health. We should encourage them to; .
âï¸Pray for those who are sick.
âï¸Write thank-you notes to health care.
âï¸workers at a local hospital.
âï¸Get groceries or make meals for at-risk members of your congregation or neighborhood.
âï¸Reach out to friends and family via phone or video call.
