  1. DELIVERY FEES

    Delivery charged is subject to location, and speed of service required. The different costs associated with delivery can be seen and will be determined and communicated prior to check out and payment. Any modifications to delivery addresses may be subject to additional charges.

  2. REGULATION

    OneHealth Pharmacy is regulated by the relevant Nigerian medical bodies. In addition to the sales of medicines and health products online, we offer guidance and information for a variety of medical conditions from trusted and experience Pharmacists and Healthcare professionals.

  3. SECURITY AND PRIVACY

    The information you provide with other data we acquire about you will be used to administer and provide the goods and or services you request. Your information will only be shared with bodies who possess direct involvement in the delivery of our goods and services, for example the dispensing pharmacy and delivery merchants.

  4. RETURNS POLICY

    Prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and other non-prescription products may not be returned except for the following circumstances:

    • The item received is defective
    • the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
    • the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

    We will provide a full refund/credit note based on the conditions listed below:

    • Order(s) be returned within 48hrs
    • Order(s) must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
    • Prior return authorization must been obtained by contacting the pharmacy
    • Refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original purchase.
