Calpol Saline Nasal Drops help to wash away built-up mucus, allowing your child to breathe more freely. It works by rinsing and restoring moisture to the nasal passages. It has a pipette applicator and is easy to use with fingertip control. As it is a simple, natural, non-medicated treatment, you can use it right from birth. It is used for congestion and blocked noses caused by cold and flu; sinusitis; allergies including hayfever and post-nasal surgery.
Ingredients: Sodium Chloride, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate, and Disodium Phosphate Dihydrate. Other ingredients: benzalkonium chloride.
Infants & babies up to 2 years: One spray into each nostril as required.
- Lay your child down and turn their head to one side.
- Put the nozzle into a nostril and press the spray head once.
- Then repeat in the other nostril.
Children over 2 years & adults: One or two sprays into each nostril as required.
- Put the nozzle into one nostril, holding the bottle vertically.
- Press the other nostril closed.
- Press the spray head once and spray deeply, breathing in at the same time.
- Then repeat in the other nostril.
