Dosage of D-Koff Syrup

Contraindications of D-Koff Syrup
Do NOT take D-Koff Syrup if you:
- Are allergic to Dextromethorphan, Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, or any components.
- Are currently taking or have taken a Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) (certain antidepressants) within the last 14 days. This combination can cause dangerous increases in blood pressure.
- Have severe high blood pressure (Hypertension), severe heart disease, or certain types of glaucoma (narrow-angle glaucoma).
- Have severe liver impairment (use is generally discouraged).
Side Effects of D-Koff Syrup
- Common Side Effects (Mild and Expected): Drowsiness/Sedation, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headache, and nervousness.
- Serious but Rare Side Effects: Fast or irregular heartbeat (palpitations), blurred vision, mood changes (hallucinations, excitement in children), or signs of a serious allergic reaction (hives, swelling, difficulty breathing). If these occur, seek emergency medical attention immediately.
