Dosage of M2 Tone Tablets

M2 Tone Tablets is an Over-the-Counter (OTC) Ayurvedic Supplement.

Take 1 tablet twice a day, or as directed by the pharmacist or physician.

Proper Administration

• Route: Oral tablet.
• How to Take: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
• Timing: Typically taken twice daily, preferably after meals (breakfast and dinner) to minimize stomach discomfort.
• Consistency: Consistent use for at least 3 to 6 cycles is advised for effective results in regulating menstruation.

Missed Dose Guidance

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.
• If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.

Contraindications of M2 Tone Tablets

Do NOT take M2 Tone Tablets if you:

• Have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to Ashoka, Lodhra, Shatavari, any other herbal components, or the mineral compounds in the tablet.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Warnings
