This cereal is used to introduce gluten into a baby's diet starting from 6 months of age. It serves as a primary source of complex carbohydrates for sustained energy. The cereal is enriched with 11 essential vitamins and calcium:
- Cereal Blend: Wheat flour, Barley flour, Rye flour, and Oat flour.
- Minerals: Calcium and Phosphorus for strong bones and teeth.
- Vitamins: Vitamin A, D3, E, K1, B1, B6, C, Niacin, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, and Biotin.
- Energy Source: Maltodextrin and natural cereal sugars for healthy growth.
Preparation
This cereal can be prepared in a bowl or a bottle depending on the child's age and preference.
- Boil clean water or prepare your baby's usual milk/formula and let it cool to about 50°C (lukewarm).
- For a bowl: Put the required amount of warm milk/water in a dish. Add the recommended number of tablespoons (typically 4–6 tablespoons for 210–240ml of liquid).
- For a bottle: Add 1–3 scoops to the baby's milk and shake well.
- Stir carefully with a fork until the cereal is completely dissolved and smooth.
- Do not add salt or sugar.
Storage and Disposal
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- After use, close the zip-lock or lid tightly to maintain freshness.
- Use the contents within 1 month of opening.
Contraindications
- Do not use if the child has Coeliac Disease or a known Gluten Intolerance.
