Polygel Antacid is an anti-gas medication that provides relief for conditions caused by gastric hyperacidity or excess gas. It is often used for the relief of heartburn, constipation, stomach upset caused by gas, and symptomatic relief of hyperacidity in patients with peptic ulcer, hiatal hernia, gastritis, and peptic oesophagitis. It can also serve as an anti-flatulent or be used as a laxative.

Ingredient:  Simethicone, Aluminum Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, or Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate 

Side Effects: Polygel is generally well-tolerated and as a result, has few side effects. However, possible yet rare side effects from the use of this drug include; Dizziness, Loss of appetite, Headache, Vomiting, Constipation, and Stomach cramps.
