Administer once daily using a proper medical measuring device. Can be taken with or without food.

• Children 2 to 12 years (Body weight 30kg or less): One 5ml spoonful (5mg) once daily.
• Children 2 to 12 years (Body weight over 30kg): Two 5ml spoonful (10ml) once daily.
• Adults & Children over 12 years: Two 5mlspoonfuls (10ml) once daily.

Contraindications of Clarityn Allergy Syrup

• Age Restriction: Do not administer to children under 2 years of age unless specifically directed by a physician.
• Hypersensitivity: Avoid use if the child has a known allergy or hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the inactive components.

Side Effects of Clarityn Allergy Syrup

• Common (Mild): Headache, nervousness, fatigue, or dry mouth. Unlike older antihistamines, drowsiness is highly uncommon.
• Rare: Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), dizziness, or rapid heart rate. Discontinue use and seek urgent medical evaluation if these occur.

Precautions and Warnings of Clarityn Allergy Syrup

• Liver or Kidney Conditions: Consult a doctor before use if the child has severe liver impairment or renal failure, as a dosage adjustments may be necessary.
• Discontinue use at least 48 hours before any skin allergy tests, as antihistamines can mask positive reactions.
