- Dosage for Constipation: The usual dose is 1 to 2 tablespoonfuls (15 to 30 mL, or 10 g to 20 g of Lactulose) daily. Your doctor may adjust this.
- Frequency: It is often recommended to take the daily dose once daily (e.g., during breakfast or at bedtime) or as prescribed by your doctor.
