Proper Administration
- Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush.
- Best Time to Take: Take the tablet with or immediately after food. Taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen with food significantly reduces the risk of stomach irritation and gastrointestinal side effects.
Duration: Do not use continuously for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor, due to the risk of long-term side effects from both Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.
