Apply topically into the affected ear canal once or twice daily as required.

• Adults, the Elderly, and Children over 5 years: Tilt the head sideways and gently squeeze up to 5 drops into the ear canal.
• Keep the head tilted for a few minutes to allow the drops to penetrate the wax, then wipe away any excess run-off with a clean tissue.
• Repeat in the other ear if necessary. Use for up to 5 consecutive days.

Contraindications of Otex Express Ear Drop

• Perforated Eardrum: Do not use if you have or suspect a damaged or perforated tympanic membrane (eardrum).
• Active Inflammation: Avoid use if the ear is painful, infected, weeping fluid, bleeding, or if you are suffering from otitis externa.
• Medical Devices: Do not use if you have an ear grommet fitted.

Side Effects of Otex Express Ear Drop

• Common: A mild, temporary bubbling or fizzing sensation inside the ear canal, or temporary mild irritation or redness.
• Rare: Temporary dizziness or localized ear pain. Discontinue use and consult a physician if pain persists or if hearing decreases significantly after several days.

Precautions and Warnings of Otex Express Ear Drop

• Strictly for Otic Use: Apply exclusively into the ear canal. Never swallow or allow the drops near your eyes.
• If symptoms do not improve after 5 days of continuous treatment, consult a doctor or audiologist to examine the ear canal.
