  1.Wash and Dry Thoroughly:Hygiene Baseline.
  Wash the affected wart area thoroughly with mild soap and warm water. Pat the area with a clean towel until it is completely, bone dry before applying the medicine. Wash your hands immediately after.
  2.Protect Surrounding Skin:The Petrolatum Shield.
  Using a cotton bud, smear a thin layer of Vaseline (petroleum jelly) or a zinc oxide ointment over the healthy skin immediately surrounding the base of each wart. This builds a protective barrier that prevents the active cream from touching and burning healthy tissue.
  3.Apply the Cream Carefully:Cotton Bud Precision.
  Using a clean toothpick or one of the provided cotton-tipped applicators, apply a very small, precise dot of Podophyllin Cream directly onto the surface of each wart. Do not smear it heavily or apply a thick layer. Let the cream air-dry completely for 60 seconds.
  4.Follow the 3-Day Pulse Cycle:Twice Daily for 3 Days.
  Apply the cream twice daily (once in the morning, once at night) for 3 consecutive days. Once the 3 days are up, stop using the cream for the next 4 consecutive days to let the skin rest and shed the tissue. This completes a single 1-week treatment cycle.
  5.Repeat the Cycle if Needed:5-Week Maximum Limit.

Contraindications

• PREGNANCY (ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATION): Do NOT use Podophyllin Cream under any circumstances if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or suspect you are pregnant. Podophyllotoxin is highly embryotoxic. If absorbed through the skin, it can pass through the placenta and cause catastrophic birth defects, fetal death, or stillbirth. Females of childbearing age must use highly reliable contraception throughout the entire treatment window. 
• Breastfeeding Mothers: Fully contraindicated during lactation as it is unknown if the cytotoxic compound passes into breast milk.
• Internal Mucosal Warts: Do not apply inside the urethra (urine tube), deep inside the vagina, on the cervix, or inside the inner rectum. It is strictly approved for outer, external skin surfaces only.
• Children: Do not use to treat genital or skin warts in children.

Side Effects

• Common: As the medicine successfully kills the viral cells (usually starting around the second or third day), expect localized skin irritation. You will notice mild to moderate redness, skin peeling, tenderness, a localized burning sensation, and light superficial skin raw patches. 
• Serious (Overdosage/Absorption Symptoms): Severe abdominal pain, constant vomiting, heavy diarrhea, extreme dizziness, mental confusion, or sudden numbness and tingling in your hands and feet.
• Action: Mild stinging and peeling are signs the tissue is breaking down. However, if you experience severe local raw ulceration, bleeding, or any systemic symptom like dizziness, wash the cream off immediately with mild soap and water, stop treatment, and see a doctor right away.

Precautions and Warnings

• The Absorption Trap: Do not apply this cream onto open bleeding wounds, fresh surgical cuts, raw scratches, or heavily inflamed tissues. Applying cytotoxic agents to broken skin significantly increases the risk of the chemical entering your bloodstream, which can cause severe systemic poisoning.
• Protect Healthy Skin: Never let the cream spread onto surrounding healthy, unaffected skin tissue.
• Not a Full Cure for HPV: Remember that this medicine destroys the physical wart tissue, but it does not cure the underlying HPV virus from your immune system.
