To ensure the micro-fine mist distributes evenly across your airways without running down your throat or damaging your nasal septum, follow this medical application sequence.

1.Blow Your Nose Gently:Clear the Channels.
Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils of thick mucus before applying the spray. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then remove the protective plastic cap from the spray nozzle.

2.Prime the Metered Spray:Set the Pump.
If using the bottle for the first time, or if you haven't used it for several days, point the nozzle away from your face and press down firmly on the plastic shoulders of the pump 2 to 3 times until a fine, even mist shoots into the air.

3.Position the Nozzle Correctly:The.
Hold the bottle upright. Close one nostril by pressing it gently with your finger. Insert the spray nozzle into your open nostril. Tilt the nozzle tip slightly outward toward your ear, rather than pointing it straight up or inward toward the center bone (septum). Pointing inward can cause localized bleeding and irritation.

4.Spray and Breathe In:Sniff Gently.
Press the pump down firmly once while simultaneously breathing in gently through your nose. Do not sniff violently, as this forces the medicine straight into your throat and stomach instead of letting it settle on your nasal linings. Repeat the step in your other nostril.

Contraindications

Side Effects

• Common: A brief, mild stinging or burning sensation inside the nose, sneezing, a dry throat, or a temporary dry nose.
• Rare: Localized nosebleeds, a mild headache, or a brief racing pulse if systemic absorption occurs.
• Action: Local dryness is expected. However, if you experience sudden heart palpitations, dizziness, or localized bleeding, stop using the spray and flush your nostrils gently with plain water.

Precautions and Warnings

• THE 7-DAY ABSOLUTE BOUNDARY (Rebound Congestion Warning): Do NOT use Sudafed Sinus Ease continuously for more than 7 consecutive days.

• Cardiovascular Checks: Consult your physician before starting if you manage severe high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism), or diabetes, as decongestants can mildly interact with these metabolic states.
