Dosage

• Standard Dose: Take as directed by the pharmacist or physician. The usual adult dose is one tablet twice daily (morning and evening).
• Administration: Must be taken after food to protect the stomach lining.
• Missed Dose: Take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.

Storage and Disposal

Store in a cool, dry place (below 30°C) and keep away from direct moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not flush medication down the toilet; return unused tablets to a pharmacy.

Quick Tips

• Always take the tablet with a full glass of water.
• Avoid lying down for at least 15–30 minutes after taking the tablet to prevent throat irritation.
• Limit the use of other Paracetamol-containing products to avoid overdose.
• Best results are achieved when taken at the first sign of pain.
• Avoid driving if the medication makes you feel drowsy or dizzy.

Contraindications

Do NOT take Acycor Plus Tablet if you have:

• A history of stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.
• Severe heart, liver, or kidney failure.
• Allergies to Aspirin or other NSAIDs (e.g., Ibuprofen).
• Pregnancy: Not recommended, especially in the third trimester.
• Pediatrics: Generally not for children under 12 unless prescribed.

Side Effects

• Common: Heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, or dizziness.
• Serious: Black/tarry stools, yellowing of eyes (jaundice), or skin rashes.
• Action: If you notice severe abdominal pain or allergic reactions, stop use and see a doctor immediately.

Precautions and Warnings

• Liver Health: Avoid alcohol while taking this medication to prevent liver toxicity.
• Asthma: Use with caution if you have a history of asthma, as NSAIDs can trigger bronchospasms.
• Hydration: Ensure adequate water intake to protect kidney function during treatment.
