Dosage

• Adults & Children 12+: Take 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 8 capsules in any 24-hour period.
• Administration: Swallow whole with water. Do not chew.
• Missed Dose: Take when remembered, but ensure at least 4 hours between doses.

Storage and Disposal

Store in the original packaging below 25°C. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not dispose of medicines via wastewater; return unused capsules to your pharmacist.

Quick Tips

• Avoid Evening Doses: If sensitive to caffeine, take your last dose a few hours before bed.
• Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help thin mucus and stay hydrated during a fever.
• Rest: While caffeine helps alertness, your body still needs rest to recover.
• Check Labels: Always verify other "all-in-one" remedies don't also contain paracetamol.

Contraindications

Do NOT take Benylin Cold & Flu Max Strength if you:

• Have high blood pressure or severe heart disease.
• Are taking or have taken MAOIs (antidepressants) in the last 14 days.
• Have an overactive thyroid or glaucoma.
• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not recommended unless specifically advised by a doctor.
• Age: Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Side Effects

• Common: Difficulty sleeping (due to caffeine), dizziness, or palpitations.
• Rare: Allergic skin rashes or sudden abdominal pain.
• Action: If you experience a skin rash or breathing difficulties, stop use and seek immediate medical attention.
