Proper Administration

• Route: Inhalation or Topical Application (Diluted).
• How to Use (Steam Inhalation): Add a few drops (e.g., 5-10 drops) to a bowl of hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head and inhale the steam deeply to clear congestion (adults only).
• How to Use (Direct Inhalation): Add a few drops to a tissue or handkerchief and inhale the vapour for quick nasal relief.
• How to Use (Topical/Massage): Dilute 3-5 drops of the oil in one tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage gently onto the chest, back, or sore muscles.
• Timing: Use as needed for respiratory or muscle discomfort.

Contraindications of Silver Bird Eucalyptus Oil
