Dosage

• Adults and Children 12+: Take 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as required.
• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 8 capsules in any 24-hour period.
• Administration: Swallow whole with water. Do not chew.
• Food/Drink: Can be taken with or without food.

Storage and Disposal

Store below 25°C in the original packaging to protect from moisture. Dispose of unused medicines at a pharmacy; do not throw them in household waste.

Quick Tips

• Take your first dose at the onset of sinus pressure for maximum effectiveness.
• Stay hydrated; drinking water helps thin mucus in the sinuses.
• Use a saline nasal spray as a complementary treatment for extra moisture.
• Avoid taking the last dose too close to bedtime if you find it keeps you awake.
• Do not double a dose if you miss one; simply wait for the next scheduled time.

Contraindications

Do NOT take Sudafed Sinus Pressure and Pain Max Strength Capsules if you:

• Have severe hypertension (high blood pressure) or heart disease.
• Are taking or have taken MAOIs (antidepressants) in the last 14 days.
• Have an overactive thyroid or an enlarged prostate.
• Age: Not suitable for children under 12 years.
• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor; phenylephrine is generally not recommended during pregnancy.

Side Effects

• Common: Nervousness, difficulty sleeping (insomnia), dizziness, or dry mouth.
• Serious: Rapid heartbeat, skin rash, or sudden high blood pressure. If these occur, stop use and seek medical attention.

Precautions and Warnings

• Liver Health: Contains paracetamol. Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products (danger of overdose).
• Alcohol: Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while taking this medication.
