Take your tablet immediately before or at the absolute start of a main meal (such as breakfast or dinner). This specific timing maximizes your gut's ability to absorb the drug while protecting your stomach lining from loose stools.

2.Swallow Entirely Whole:Water Only.
Swallow the large tablet completely whole with a full glass of plain water. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet, as this breaks down the film coating designed to protect the active ingredients and keep them from dissolving too early in your stomach.

3.Maintain Strict Intervals:12-Hour Spacing.
The standard adult dose is typically one tablet taken twice daily (every 12 hours), though your doctor may adjust this for severe infections. Maintain strict, even spacing between your morning and night doses to ensure constant antibiotic defense in your tissues.
