 Epilim contains sodium valproate. It belongs to a group of medicines called anti-convulsants or anti-epileptic agents. It works by helping to calm the brain down.

Epilim Chrono is a prolonged release formulation of Epilim which reduces peak concentration and ensures more even plasma concentrations throughout the day. 

Side Effects: Nausea, Rashes, Liver injury, Bruising or bleeding, Reduce number of red blood cells, Stomach ache, Diarrhoea, Acne, Hair loss, Weight gain, Headache, Agression, Male infertility.
