Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner is a fan-favorite K-Beauty essential that bridges the gap between a watery toner and a hydrating essence. Its standout feature is Fermented Black Rice Extract, which is packed with 30 times more antioxidants (polyphenols and flavonoids) than white rice. Using patented Ultra Deep Technology (UDT), the formula encapsulates active ingredients into skin-mimicking liposomes, allowing them to penetrate deeper into the skin’s surface for long-lasting hydration. It has a slightly viscous, "bouncy" water texture that leaves the skin feeling supple and revitalized.
As a daily cosmetic toner: After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount onto a cotton pad or into your palms. Gently swipe or pat onto the face and neck. Use twice daily, morning and night.
Contains Lavender Oil; do not use if you have a known allergy to essential oils or fragrances.
The Original version contains alcohol and lavender oil, which may be sensitizing for some. The Fragrance-Free version (with the light cap) is specifically formulated without these for reactive skin.
While rich in antioxidants, this does not replace sunscreen. Always apply SPF during the day.
