Side Effects of Brustan-Extra

• Common: Heartburn, mild stomach discomfort, acid reflux, and a minor increase in heart rate or alertness (due to caffeine).
• Rare: Localized skin rashes, fluid retention, or dizziness.
• Action: Discontinue use immediately and seek emergency medical care if you pass dark tarry stools, vomit blood, experience severe stomach pain, or develop sudden facial swelling or wheezing.

Precautions and Warnings

• The Food Shield: Never take Brustan-Extra on an empty stomach. The ibuprofen content can severely irritate an unprotected stomach wall. Always take your capsule with or immediately after a solid meal or a glass of milk.
• The Hidden Paracetamol Trap: Read all your other cold, flu, and cough remedy boxes carefully. Do not take any other paracetamol-containing products while using Brustan-Extra to avoid accidental liver toxicity.
